Cardio and Tone Class

Friday - 9.00am - 9.45am - Rebecca - Class held in Dance studio

This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before you start your busy day!

Members of Monkton Sports Club are required to book classes online in order to secure a space. Each class will run for a 45 minute session, allowing time between classes for arrivals and departures. Classes will take place in the Sports Club Dance Studio. Numbers are limited so please do not simply turn up or you will be turned away if the class is fully booked.

We request that you arrive no sooner than 5 minutes before your allocated time slot.

IMPORTANT- All those attending are asked to bring along their own mat. There are mats available, however our staff will not have time to wipe these down between sessions, wipes are available should you wish to do this yourselves.
