Pilates Classes

 Our Pilates are brought to you by Chris ,Michelle and Terry.

They will run on the following days/times:-

Mondays - 7.00pm -7.45pm -- Terry - Classes held in Pre Prep Hall

Tuesday - 8.15am - 9.00am --- Chris - Classes held in Dance Studio

Tuesday - 9.15am - 10.00am --- Chris - Classes held in Dance studio

Wednesday - 6.00pm - 6.45pm --- Michelle, Classes held in Pre Prep Hall 

Wednesday - 7.00pm - 7.45pm --- Michelle, Classes held in Pre Prep Hall

Saturday  - Chris - Classes held in Pre Prep Hall

Pilates is a great form of general fitness and well-being. It’s not only a great way to improve your physical fitness, but can enhance mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Pilates can be done by anyone and the teachers will offer exercises that can be adapted to allow various fitness levels, body types and those with health issues. Suitable for those aged between 18-80 years, it can support professional sports people, physical rehabilitation after injury and also help prevent injuries.

Members of Monkton Sports Club are required to book classes online in order to secure a space. Each class will run for a 45 minute session, allowing time between classes for arrivals and departures. Classes will take place in the Sports Club Dance Studio. Numbers are limited so please do not simply turn up or you will be turned away if the class is fully booked. 

We request that you arrive no sooner than 5 minutes before your allocated time slot.

IMPORTANT - All those attending are asked to bring along their own mat. We are not accepting guests to our classes.
